I'm a 35 year-old IT professional who currently works in the web development industry. My resume includes being a webmaster for multiple sites which has included page development and maintenance. My educational background was in HTML development, computer security, front-end design, back-end development.

I always prefer a hands on approach where the students are able to learn from observing myself answering your questions. Most of the skills I've learned have came from trial and error and extensive reading. Much of what I learn on a daily basis comes from w3c, Microsoft, and IEEE, to name just a few.

I've worked with Dreamweaver since 2003 and developed numerous sites using the program. My training also includes creating menus, sub-menus, and the coding involved.

Macintosh

I've worked with Macs for over 5 years. I do a lot of support, advanced configurations, and software installation. I've also installed numerous software packages ranging from Adobe to Microsoft.

Microsoft Outlook

I configure and work with Microsoft Outlook at my current position of 6 years. I'm also trained in Outlook through new Horizons. I train users in creating tasks, signatures, address books, calender events, pop3 configurations, snyc, etc.

If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
