I have been involved in elementary and early childhood education for over 40 years. I am a former elementary school teacher, a home instructor, an early childhood teacher, a parent educator, an early childhood director and a curriculum specialist. I have a BS in Elementary Education and an MEd in Education with a concentration in Infant/Young Child Mental Health which certified me in early childhood and elementary Special Education.

I am qualified to tutor most subjects (language arts, literacy, reading, phonics, grammar, math, science, social studies) except foreign languages. I believe that every child has the potential to be a successful learner. I recently completed a training in Orton-Gillingham Plus which qualifies me to tutor children who have been diagnosed with dyslexia.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
