Didn't do as well as you could have on that math test? Don't worry! I help students improve their math grades and test scores.

I scored a 770 on the Math section of the SAT. In high school, I graduated cum laude and took classes such as Algebra Honors, Geometry and Trigonometry Honors, Precalculus, and AP Calculus. At Columbia I received an A+ in Calculus I and an A- in Calculus III.

My teaching philosophy rests on first identifying students' strengths and weaknesses and then working on the root problem of their weaknesses and making their strengths even stronger. I may assign homework and prepare tests to challenge a student further, but mainly to offer feedback on his or her performance. It is my goal that my students will walk into test day with confidence of their knowledge and cultivate an appreciation for the material that lasts longer than the course does.

I am flexible in terms of my availability, and I am willing to travel to a mutually convenient location.
