Algebra 1

Algebra is my specialty! I meet hundreds of algebra students every year, and there is no "one size fits all" approach. So, if your algebra teacher seems to be speaking a different language, I can help. Don't wait. It will not get better. But with my help, you can succeed at Algebra I and you will be better prepared for Algebra II.

Algebra 2

If you struggled in Algebra I, but managed to "just get by," you need a tutor for Algebra II. A tutor gives you the advantage of one-on-one instruction of concepts. It really helps - just ask my students. Algebra may start to be fun!

Elementary Math

The building blocks of a solid understanding of math start at a very young age. Math occurs all around us and young minds are ready and able to grasp it! But, so many things can get in the way of math success... so let me help. Every child is good at math, perhaps he/she just doesn't know it yet.

Prealgebra

If you don't "get" pre-algebra, you may find yourself struggling. Don't despair - it is never too late to learn the basics.

Tax Preparation

Do you want to learn how to prepare your own taxes? Why pay someone year after year to do your taxes? You can do it! To get started, I can help. I am currently a Tax Adviser with H&R Block so I am very familiar with tax preparation software. I will look at your tax situation and help you navigate the software so next year you can do it all by yourself.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
