I would be appropriate for this position because I love working with kids. In fact I've been working with kids since I was 9 years old. I'm 18 about to be 19 in September and about to start my sophomore year at Prince George's Community College. I took a field experience class last semester in which I worked in a classroom for a week with Pre-K and Kindergarten kids. I'm a very neat, organized person with great communication, writing, math and reading skills. In high school I was student-aide in which I helped students with their work, quizzed them and saw what they learned from me tutoring them. I myself had a tutor in elementary school when I was in in Special Education. I was kind of ashamed at first because i thought the other kids would make fun of me for having a tutor and being in Special Education. In the end my tutor helped me so much and I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for her.
