Working within the many realms of education, I am familiar with the different learning styles of students. I never limit what I am able to do. I am very much an "outside the box" teacher and thinker. I have tutored young minds who have needed additional assistance due to disabilities. I have also assisted in the learning process in developmental and remedial subjects to bring students to current grade level. I have taught Biology, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology and Chemistry.
I have a strong desire to see students succeed. I seek to engage every mind and push it as far as possible. I explore a variety of approaches to learning. I first make an assessment of who that student has already mastered within a given subject. I build upon that knowledge while strengthening his or her understanding of areas of content where understanding is not as readily apparent.
