I am student in a Masters of Secondary Education program. I have a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, with a minor in Spanish. Currently I am taking additional Spanish classes so that I have enough credits to become a Spanish teacher. Eventually I would like to become an ESL teacher. I have been substitute teaching in all content areas for two years. Prior to substitute teaching, I homeschooled my daughter for six years and taught some classes at our homeschool co-op. I enjoy teaching, and am excited about becoming a teacher. In the meantime, I would like to use my teaching skills to help struggling students as well as supplement my income.

I am half Greek and took Greek lessons when I was younger. I have continued to practice Greek and am capable of teaching beginner's Greek. I have already started tutoring a student in Greek through Wyzant.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
