There is no substitute for developing into a well-rounded individual than Education. What is discouraging is when a teacher, student, tutor, says learning a particular subject is impossible. Once a person believes something is impossible, then perception becomes reality and it is impossible.
Everyone is unique and learns in different ways. Learning and becoming educated is not a chore and this said knowledge is already inside a person; however it takes a skilled adaptive approach to draw/bring it forth in a way that is enjoyable for the one learning something, "so called new." Therefore, I approach tutoring by preparing and adapting to each student uniquely, in a way that takes something they love and do know and drawing a parallel between that and what they need to learn.

I am constantly learning, informally and formally because I love it. For example, I am currently in a formal MBA program to progress in my book learning of certain Business Concepts/Disciplines, which was not necessary in terms of making money. I am a job creator and have had my own businesses for years, and mostly have been self-employed. People ask me why making money is not difficult for me and my response would be multifaceted, but it mainly stems from being knowledgeable in many subjects/areas of business/life/education.
