I come from a family of lawyers and educators. I am trained as an attorney. I have been correcting the written assignments of friends and family members for as long as I can remember. I am able to precisely ascertain the area(s) of difficulty when assessing a student. I am able to clearly explain a concept in a variety of ways to ensure understanding. In addition, I employ a variety of methods to help others remember the concepts that are being taught. When necessary, I also utilize visual aids. I truly try to determine the individual's learning style and teach to that learning style which usually results in an increased confidence level in the student which ALWAYS leads to success.
