I am looking to tutor students in science or math. I have expertise in this area, including a Master's Degree in physics from Penn State. At Penn State, I worked as a teaching assistant for six semesters, so I understand how to instruct. I taught introductory physics for pre-med students, which gave me practice in explaining technical concepts to people who's area of expertise differs from mine. I enjoy teaching; one of the most rewarding experiences I've had is seeing a student finally grasp a difficult concept. Although my degree is in physics, I am knowledgeable about other fields as well, especially math.

Great AP Calculus Tutor!!! When I needed a tutor to help with my summer homework in order to prepare for my upcoming AP Calculus class in the upcoming school year, Walter answered my call. Every meeting lead to pages of difficult calculus completed. And the best part was that I understood every inch of it. Unlike other tutors, he rarely came late and was prepared to jump right into working. I intend to call him again for he ...
