Since I was a young child I have been a lover of books. It has always been my hope to share this passion for literature somehow with others. Having recently been accepted into a PhD program, it seems that I will officially get that chance to foster a career analyzing literature and sharing these understandings. While I work towards acquiring my Doctorate, I would love to practice my pedagogy through tutoring. Currently a tutor at the Writing Center at my college, I am quite experienced in explaining the mechanics of academic writing as well as literary analysis. Fascinated by the way in which we use language, I am quite thorough in teaching and correcting issues of grammar and rhetoric. I look forward to hopefully working with future students through this agency on these topics that I love. :)
