I have been a practicing litigation attorney for approximately 10 years. I have a finance degree from the University of Florida. In addition, I have earned a JD/MBA from the University of Baltimore. In 2008, I obtained a Master's in Taxation from the University of Baltimore.

I have been lead counsel for over three dozen jury trials in the state of Maryland as well as thousands of administrative hearings, bench trials, and formal hearings in Maryland and D.C. I have prevailed before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals as well.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Bar Exam

I passed the Maryland state bar exam in 2003. I scored high enough on the multi state portion to waive into DC. I have been a practicing litigation attorney since 2004. Since that time I have been lead counsel in over 30 jury trials and argued successfully before the DC Court of Appeals.
