I can offer fun, creative and thoughtful tutoring in the sciences, math and languages (English, Spanish and French). I have years of teaching and tutoring experience and look forward to bringing my skills to my new community. I hold my Bachelors Degree in Biology, my Masters Degree in Toxicology and have taken years of both Spanish and French. I have tutored and taught in several subjects, including: Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Spanish, French and ESL.

My philosophy on teaching centers on encouraging engaged, excited learners who are effectively learning to ask the questions themselves and are very involved in the topic at hand. Science is a rapidly advancing and dynamic field, with opportunities for today’s minds being truly endless. If you can ask the question, chances are there is someone working on it, or at least some niche in which to begin working on it.

I have worked for many years with ADD/ADHD children, and I am proud to say that I, myself, am diagnosed ADHD. I have been very successful with particular study habits and meditation and would be happy to share tricks that I have learned.
