Rate Policies:
1. Tutor retains the right to charge one-half of his hourly rate to compensate for transit time to and from tutoring locations further than eight miles from his home. Students may choose to schedule their lessons to occur at the tutor's home in order to avoid transit charges.
2. Tutor assesses a charge equal to his hourly rate times transit (to and from tutoring location) + waiting time for any "no-show" incidents. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment constitutes a no-show.
