I am now a graduate student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. My major is financial mathematics and my GPA is 3.70 out of 4.00.
I have been the most sought-after student when it comes to helping classmates with their studies. This is not only because I am able to capture the essence of complex concepts and have pristine analytical skills, but also because I communicate with them in a way that is easiest for them to understand.
I believe that studying is not as painful as most people think. I only need to read textbook for one time and can remember most of the concepts and apply them to the real life. When I have to learn a bulky and boring concept or method, I usually do it in 3 steps: get the main idea, relate it to the real life and then pay extra attention to the detail. This is how I study throughout my college to WPI. I ranked 1st in college in my major for four years in a row and now is one of the most talented students in my major.
I have been a tutor for 6 months now. I mainly tutor a student in financial courses. For every test and weekly homework, he got a grade above 90 (out of a total of 100).
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
