I have extensive experience as a special education teacher for several school districts in Massachusetts. I have had experience as a learning skills teacher, resource room teacher, and also as a teacher at a private school for autistic students. I have taught Resource Room English to students, who were challenged by a range of impairments, such as Attention Deficit Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have taught basic math skills to students when I worked as a teacher of students who were enrolled in a GED program. I am certified as a generalist for grades 1-6 and also as a teacher of students, who have moderate disabilities for grades 5-12 in Massachusetts. Currently I work as a special educator at a private school from 8:30 AM until 4:00 P. M. on a Monday through Friday basis.

Grammar

I have 2 teaching licenses that have professional status. One license is for certification for grades 1-6 in Massachusetts. Additionally, I have a teaching license for students who have moderate disabilities for grades 5-12 in Massachusetts. Both licenses were issued by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Spelling

I have passed the Massachusetts Test of Educational Licensing for Foundations of Reading, and I have also received a qualifying score for the MTEL test for Moderate Disabilities for 5-12. I have two teaching licenses issued by Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Both licenses have professional status.

Study Skills
