I am currently a Senior at Boston College, where I am double-majoring in Classics and English and minoring in Education. I have received dean's list first honors each semester. Last Spring, I was named a Deans' Scholar, an award given to select BC students in the top 5% of the class nominated by faculty in their major. I am a graduate of the Wellesley Public Schools and have extensive experience as a private tutor in Wellesley, Weston, and Natick; I have also volunteered in the Good Shepherd preschool in Boston. I have received a variety of academic honors in Latin and general academics, received an 800 on my SAT Reading, and am a member of the National Honor Society and the Latin Honor Society.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I am a classics major at Boston College and have taken eight years of Latin. After graduation, I plan to obtain a master's degree in classics and teach Latin at the secondary level. I have won several awards related to Latin and have extensive experience as a Latin tutor for students at all levels in middle school, high school, and college.
