Hello,
I am father of a one-year old and husband to my wife Kelly.
I work full-time for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as the legislative director for the Department of Environmental Protection.
I am also a freelance writer, editor, and researcher.
Aside from my family, my passions are writing, literature, and history. I take great pride and interest in the art of writing, and I will teach your student to write well and vigorously. Too much writing is limp. Too much writing meanders. Each word should play a role. I will teach the student how to identify and correct bad habits in their writing. We will explore examples of good writing and bad. We will learn how to communicate exactly what we intended, and to avoid confusion or delay.
