I can help you build on your language skills and acquire new ones. In me you will find a sympathetic and experienced teacher. I believe in individualized instruction.
Together we will craft a curriculum that meets your needs. If you are in school, we will go over the lessons and homework you have each week. We will also incorporate your interests and experiences in written and oral assignments that will be designed specifically for you.

There will be ample opportunity to hone your skills through many different types of exercises: reading aloud, learning and singing songs, making up stories, acting out plays, and improvising scenes from every day life.

I enjoy working with students of all ages. I have experience teaching many students to feel more confident about their language abilities, having worked in language programs in elementary school, middle school,
high school, and adult education. Through reading, writing, vocabulary building exercises, and fun grammar lessons, you will build the foundation for lifelong learning and
successful communication.

Effective writing and public speaking is key in a great number of professional fields and is useful in many of our social interactions. Every fine speaker or brilliant author went through a step-by-step process of learning the basics of his or her own language and through education and practice, time and time again, reached the high level of expression for which we know them today. I will meet you where you are, and work with you to grow your skills and enhance your communication abilities.

write, read plays, and give speeches and reach for bright new levels of expression.
