I am a certified teacher and have been tutoring since 1988. I have tutored every grade. My skills and rapport with students have always been very successful. I love the challenge and will do my best to make the student feel good about himself, gain confidence, and be motivated to want to learn. For example, I was assigned a grade 6 student who had no reading skills. Through my techniques he started to read! I also had a grade 3 student with many disabilities and she became a reader ! I have had students from K to grade 12, some with moderate disabilities to severe. I can tutor an advanced student or just an average student in a slump. I can do it no matter what ! I also will go the school if necessary or just call the student's teacher. For eight years I taught boys who were locked up and loved every minute of it. Those years made me a stronger teacher!
