I have experience teaching Spanish in many settings: private children's classes, middle school, high school, college and adult on-going education. I have a BA in Spanish and International Affairs from the University of Puget Sound and finished 18 credits toward a Master's in Spanish from the University of Montana, where I also taught Spanish 101 and 102. Though I am not a native speaker, I achieved fluency through living abroad in Argentina and traveling throughout South America, Mexico and Spain. I have the advantage that I was a Spanish student myself and understand the questions and difficulties that come with learning a second language. I have a passion for the language and cultures and love to impart that to my students!
