Hi there!

I am a special education math teacher who is a certified teacher in Severe Special Education (K-12) as well as Secondary History Education. I have experience working with students of all ages and a range of special needs, including physical, cognitive, health, emotional, behavioral, and social. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Boston College and feel comfortable tutoring in a variety of subjects.

Autism

I am certified in Severe Special Education and currently teach at a school for students with severe emotional and behavioral disorders, many of whom are also on the Autism spectrum. I understand that, in addition to different learning needs, a significant part of Autism is a person struggles with social situations. Therefore,it is also important to provide the student with social scripting and support to understand and navigate various social situations as well.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
