Hi.
I grew up in Detroit. Took my first organist job at age 18. I have taught in schools and in the private sector all my professional career. I have a BA Mus. degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. I have studied privately with the University's professors and other private tutors. I play classical piano, organ, and trumpet. I have taught in public and private schools. I work well with young students. I am patient and successful in my methods.
Part of my work experience has been:
-Giving private lessons on piano, keyboards, organ and trumpet
-Teaching vocal music to young and older choirs.
-Organizing and writing for small ensembles.( Winds and Brass.)
-Teaching Church "contemporary" choirs
-Directing "Choir Chimes" and Handbell Choirs
-Experience with midi and audio systems
-Play 3rd. trumpet in a local concert band (40 members)
