Greetings!
I am a recent University of Michigan graduate with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biopsychology. Out of my four years at Michigan, I spent three of them working in the laboratory of Theresa Lee where I was involved in all aspects of the ongoing research projects there. I worked with animals, assisted in surgeries, and did the typical day to day lab up-keep. In my last year on campus, I was promoted to lab manager.
As a junior in high school, I knew that I wanted to major in Psychology. Upon arriving at Michigan, I was thrilled to discover the talented faculty there. Over my four years I took the following courses in the department:
- Introduction to Social Psychology
- Human Neuropsychology
- Introduction to Biopsychology
- Research Methods in Psychology
- Introduction to Cognitive Psychology
- Psychology and Spiritual Development
- Learning and Memory
- Psychology and Consciousness
- Biopsychology of Motivation
- Drugs of Abuse
Additionally, I am interested in tutoring Chemistry. I have successfully completed 2 semesters of General Chemistry (with labs) and 2 semesters of Organic Chemistry (with lab).
I have a diverse and strong background in the field and have additional experience working with individuals of all ages.
Thank you for your interest!
