As a 2011 Graduate of Merrimack College with an English degree, a member of the school's English club and someone who got a 750 in the writing portion of the SATs, I have extensive experience in writing and literature-related subjects. I also have worked at Artworks art studio in Medford, MA for the past year, providing me background not just specifically with teaching art, but also the overall process of working with students of different experience levels and devising creative lesson plans.
In high school, I also worked in an after school tutoring program with elementary students. As a tutor, I aim to both help students better understand the specific concepts with which they need help and also pass on helpful tools for studying and test preparation that will aid them in the future.
