I am a licensed music teacher with a Master's Degree of Music Education from Boston University. My undergraduate work is in music performance from The Longy School of Music in Cambridge, MA and The Boston Conservatory in Boston, MA. I teach clarinet, saxophone, and guitar. I am also available to tutor in music theory, reading, and writing. I am very passionate about helping children and adults reach their goals. I have alot of experience substitute teaching in the elementary grades for reading and writing. I am available this summer for tutoring as well as during the school year.

I have been playing the clarinet for 19 years and I have two performance degrees.
They are from Longy School of Music and Boston Conservatory. I have a lot of
experience in playing with band and orchestra. I have ten years experience in
teaching the clarinet. I have currently have students and I am looking for more.

Elementary (K-6th)

I am a substitute teacher in the Merrimack Valley Area of Massachusetts. I have a lot
of experience teaching kids and I am good at helping them learn to read and write. I
have a Master's Degree in Music Education from Boston University. I am passionate
about helping children reach overcome obstacles and reach thier goals.

General Music

I am qualified to teach general music because I am a licensed music teacher for grades
Prek-12. My experience is teaching grades K-8 and I have been successful doing that.
General Music is a passion of mine and I would love to tutor in this subject.

Guitar

I have been playing guitar for two year and I currently have students. I use guitar in
my general music classroom in the public schools when we sing songs. When I attended
Boston University for my Master's of Music Education I took a guitar class and that is
how I learned to play. I have found guitar to be very useful as a music educator. I use it
in every classroom setting.

I learned to play piano as part of my education.
I currently have several students that I teach piano to.

Saxophone

I have been playing the saxophone for 18 years and I have a lot of performance
experience. I also have been teaching saxophone for nine years. I currently
have students on saxophone and I am looking for more. I can teach jazz and
classical saxophone.
