Biology can be challenging because it may, at times, seem to be an overly complicated or a series of disparate facts to memorize. It is actually a great medium to get students thinking about how science can be another way to attain self-understanding. I see learning Biology as a way to practice writing, conceptual thinking, and study skills that can be applied to other subjects and to other aspects of your academic life. I'd like to think I can also show you how much fun a field Biology can be!
