I am a Registered, Licensed Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition. I have worked for over 25 years as a nutrition consultant and educator. I have developed and taught adults and children on varying topics in nutrition and health.
I am currently an adjunct faculty at Endicott College where I teach Introductory Nutrition to first year nursing students. In addition, I have four children (21-year-old at Harvard, 19-year-old at Boston College, 19-year-old at UVM, and 15-year-old at Pingree School). Two of my children have had learning challenges, and I have been actively involved in their academic lives.
