I was a teacher for 37 years. My major in college was Accounting. My education consists of A.S. Accounting, Northern Essex Community College, B.S, Business/Accounting, Salem State College, M.ED. Business, Salem State College. My minor in college was Social Studies. I was certified to teach in the state of Massachusetts in the following areas: Business K-12, Computers, 6-12, Social Studies, 6-12.

For over ten years I was a Director of an Academic Development Center. I encouraged at-risk students to improve their grades. The students were able to improve their grades by changing their study habits.

After I retired I went back to be certified in ESOL (English Spoken Oral Language).

I have taught Accounting at the Community College level, College Accounting for advanced students in High School and Accounting for adults at night school. I also worked as an auditor in a Hotel in New Hampshire.
