Hello. I am Bethlehem. I have taught and mentored students from middle school to college level over several years. For three years, I have been a Teacher’s Assistant at Northwestern University covering various topics in anthropology and history.
There are as many methods of teaching as there are varieties of students with different needs. I believe each student can become an enthusiastic and successful learner provided that they get proper guidance. Patience, understanding, and respect are important parts of my teaching principle. My vision is to help students become keen and independent thinkers who are not always eager for an answer, but who ask questions arising from insight.
I expect my students to meet me halfway in the learning process. I will provide the instruction and supervision necessary for the student’s achievement and expect the student to complete tasks on time and to take general responsibilities.
I love traveling and have deep interest in human cultures. If students are interested, I am willing to share my knowledge on culture, music, and spiritual traditions of the world.
I look forward to working with you.
