I have been teaching French and Arabic since 2010, all levels, including children, adults and professionals, both in private and group settings. My academic career has nurtured my penchant for foreign languages such that I have obtained a BA in French Language and Literature and a BA in Translation French-English-Arabic. After my graduation, I have been teaching French as a second language in College where an understanding of the importance of teacher engagement in community life,a commitment to diversity work, an interest in using a flexible and progressive pedagogical approaches in the classroom were my priorities. After my move to Boston, I have been happily working as an instructor of French and Arabic in three private schools primarily teaching the immersion programs as well as all levels French and Arabic. I maximize learning as determined by student potential and interests by creating activities and long-term projects that help them master speaking and written skills and most importantly awake their curiosity and creativity. I help my students understand language acquisition on a very personal level. I help them to improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and conversational speaking skills.
