Hello! My name's Amanda. I have received my BS/MS and PhD. degrees in Architecture and Computer Science from MIT. For the past 10+ years I have been tutoring students from K-12 to graduate school level. I specialize in algebra, calculus, physics and various software application. I am also fluent in Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese, and I enjoy helping non-native speakers with their first step in learning a new language and culture.

Currently I am taking some time off from my post as a research scientist. It would be tremendously meaningful and rewarding to spend some afternoons teaching and helping others to success in their studies. I believe learning should be fun and inspiring.
