As a published writer and experienced, professional educator, I help students with all areas of English and writing, including college essays, course assignments, reading comprehension strategies, vocabulary building, and more. I cater my lesson plans to the individual students, focusing on their strengths, and figuring out unique ways for them to become organized, capable readers and writers.

As an educator, I have worked in settings ranging from the Indian mountain province of Sikkim to underserved urban neighborhoods in Chicago and Massachusetts. I am a fluent French speaking, and often tutor for French classes and college preparatory exams––not to mention American and World History, Literature, Algebra and Geometry. And I am always ready to take on new challenges, whether that means calculus (yikes!) or working with English language learners.
