Hi!

My name is Rachel and I am a painter, sculptor, illustrator, art historian and graphic designer. I have experience in all types of painting, letterpress, Photoshop, Illustrator and Interior Design. I have taught collegiate art history, AP art history, color and design and color theory. My students ranged in age from elementary school through college.

I am very patient and have creative ways in getting the material to sink in! My students and I have a friendly relationship and get along very well. I am a mom of three so I understand how to talk to kids and keep them interested. In addition to teaching the above, I can also help with portfolios.

I have an MFA in painting and sculpture as well as a BFA in fine arts and advertising design.


My schedule is very flexible. I love anything art and love teaching!

How do I receive a discount?
