Dear Students,

I have taught Psychology on the college level for the past 30 years! I have an Ed.D from Boston University in Counseling Psychology. We can make Psychology fun and I can help you to study for exams and work on your assignments!

If you are motivated to succeed we are a team! Let us give it a try! I am also happy to work with you using FaceTime if that is easier. Night hours are available as well as on weekends.

I also offer assistance in helping you find the college that is right for you! As a Psychologist I specialize in stress reduction for students who are navigating their way to make the college selection process less overwhelming. I have taught General Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Social Psychology Developmental Psychology and and many more courses in Psychology both on the undergraduate and graduate level. I have found that General Psychology can be the most challenging for students in term of how to study! I have developed study guides for my students which are both thorough and comprehensive and a great learning tool. I also work with students who have specific need in terms of test taking. We can work together to help you with your specific needs as a student. I really enjoying help students do their best even when you may feel that you have hit a brick wall. I pride myself in helping you find solutions!

I am a college professor and have been working with students with who have ADD/ADHD . I work with them on developing individualized lessons for each of their courses. I help them to create study guides, deal with the anxiety that they have when taking exams and focus on individualized organizational skills to met their needs.

Career Development

I have worked with college students and graduate students in Career Development of over 20 years. I am able to assist them with writing cover letters, resumes and the correct procedures that are necessary for them to succeed in their desired fields of employment. The areas that I have worked with students in have been Psychology, English, Pre-Med, and help with applications for graduate school.

Through my positions at the University level students have asked for my assistance as they pursue various career paths. I have also helped my students apply for internships in Psychology and the field of Medicine. I help students with their resume and cover letters to ensure that they are formatted correctly and convey the correct information.

College Counseling

I have been counseling students on the college level for the past 30 years. I have a Doctorate from Boston University in Counseling Psychology. I have been working with college students my entire career. This includes helping them adjust to the demands of college life on a personal or academic level. I also help students through tutoring and also helping them in any ways that they find necessary.


I have been a college professor for the past 30 years and and have tutored students for this exam . It is important to note that I work with students to help them learn techniques in test taking on an individual basis. I am a professor at Mass College of Pharmacy and am very active at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Therefore I have a broad knowledge of the current medical field.

Public Speaking

I have worked with students for many years who want to improve their public speaking. As a Psychologist and Professor, I have been able to help them to develop specific techniques to deal with "fear of public speaking", as well to gain more confidence in this area.
I have worked worked with a wide range of individuals ranging from students in middle school to professionals in the medical field. I was able to working with my Teaching Assistants through the years to help them feel secure in giving lectures as well as giving talk sat seminars and conferences.

Study Skills

I am able to help students develop study skills and help them be better organized in the ways that they study. Having been a college professor for over thirty years I am able to understand students needs in help in trying to figure out how to study. Many students need help with this skill on all levels. I begin by setting up an individualized plan for each subject area . Then we move on to the best ways for them to study. Taking notes, rewriting their notes, using a tape recorder, PowerPoint, etc.
