I have been tutoring for five years now with experience in SAT, SAT subject tests, and ACT preparation. I am very attentive and personalize study plans and goals to meet each student's needs. Subjects I have taught include math, earth science, physics, biology, chemistry and algebra. I studied economics and biology at Boston University and completed the premedical requirements. Most importantly, I know how to plan, study, and model effective habits that build academic success.
I volunteer as a big sister to an elementary student in Brighton. This has taught me more ways to keep someone's attention. It is also extremely important for me to connect with and encourage students I am helping. My schedule is flexible and I am willing to meet during weekends.
