I graduated with honors from Williams College with a bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, and biochemistry. I was employed at Yale University in the medical school before coming to Boston for graduate school.
I have over 5 years of tutoring experience both as a teaching assistant at Williams College and as a private tutor in English, math, biology, chemistry, and test preparation for middle school, high school, and college students. I also offer standardized test prep for the SSAT, PSAT, SAT, SAT biology and chemistry subject tests as well as the AP biology and AP chemistry exams.
I create a tailored tutoring program to meet the student’s needs by developing specific study materials such as review sheets and study cards as well as by creating evaluation materials such as practice tests. My aim is to not only assist with the content of the subject but to help the student focus and teach them to apply concepts and study effectively. My resume and references are available upon request.
