Hello! I am Isabella and I just graduated from Harvard University in May 2011. I have extensive experience working with students (PreK-12) and teachers. I have done counseling, consultation, teaching, guidance, mentoring and coordination in the field of education. I am proficient in both English and Chinese.
I was on a full scholarship at Harvard. I studied risk and protective influences on the development of children and adolescents as well as interventions to promote healthy social and emotional well-being in school and out-of-school settings. Because Harvard is such a diverse community, I had the opportunity to get to know students from all over the world. I really value and appreciate diverse cultures and communicated with a large network of people around the world.
Right now I am working as consultant in an educational exchange company. I provide college consulting services and help high school students develop resilience and coping skills
Personally, I am very responsible, reliable and patient. I have strong strategic and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse relationships. I also have strong operational skills that demonstrate professionalism, organization and strong time management. I am energetic, action orientated and have the perseverance and drive for results.
