My name is Stefano, I am an Italian citizen US permanent resident. I was born and raised in Verona, Italy and lived in Charlotte, NC and Washington, DC in the past. After being back in Verona for a while I decided to move to Boston, which is by far my favorite American city.
I am Italian native speaker and fluent in English. I love this country very much, but at the same time I am very proud of my origins and the immense Italian cultural heritage.
Italian is not just a language, it's a way of life. Italy is not just about good food (although it's a big part of it!), wine, fashion, art, history, beautiful natural landscapes, but it's the combination of all these elements which come together as a perfect pizza, displaying a colorful picture that inspires people to appreciate the simple, yet fine things in life. This intriguing ensemble makes people fall in love with Italy and return there over and over again.
I am convinced that the only successful way to learn a new language is to use it on a daily basis, in fact the conversation classes that I took here in the US were the best asset I had to learn English.
In the past years I did some tutoring with American students who were traveling to Italy or spending the summer months over there and it was a very rewarding experience, therefore I am more than willing to help anybody who aims to improve his proficiency in this fascinating language.
