I'm changing careers to become a Physician Assistant, and I'm currently completing my pre-med science courses. I'm a peer tutor at my college, and I love working with students and see the "lightbulb" go off. It's interesting to discover that concepts I found difficult become clear over time -- and looking back, I wonder why I struggled with some concepts. I had been working as an instructor and functional trainer in the software industry, so I understand instructional design and how to reach students with differing learning styles.
