I have a wide range of classwork, professional jobs, and teaching experiences that will allow me to provide you an engaging and effective tutorial. With an undergraduate finance degree, 2 years in the finance profession, 1 year teaching AP Calculus, and medical school next year, I can offer help in the following areas. I am currently an AP Calculus teacher with a full range of materials and tutorial approaches geared to AP Exam (score of 4-5 is a realistic goal for anyone willing to work hard). I also tutor pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus and have an extreme patience and willingness to use multiple approaches for difficult subject matter.
Beyond this, I've worked in finance and plan to go to medical school next year. I've spent 1 year trading bonds at AEGON and 5 months as Investment Banker at Financial Institutions Group within Goldman Sachs NYC and can help with interview questions such as "Walk me through a DCF," Bond Pricing, Black-Scholes, "Pitch me a stock," etc. I also scored in the top 95% on the MCAT in April 2012 and have all relevant coursework pertaining to the test. I can tutor in MCAT subject matter (Biology, Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, Physics, and Biochemistry), Verbal Reasoning strategy, and will share practice materials from personal study, including recordings I made for audio study.
