I'm a marine biologist, and master's student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I am in the geography department.
I have a broad background in the sciences which as allowed me to participate in many different exotic field locations. In between lessons, be sure to ask me about some of the more fun adventures I've had in such places as the Amazon, or offshore fishing ground of the North Atlantic. I should be able to relate your studies to real world experiences. If you work hard and study now you can achieve the future you desire.
I have professional tutoring experience through teaching math and biology to high schoolers through a variety of methods at a charter school. I have worked with various undergraduates in a advisory role in the environment of academic research.
I am the vice president of a non-profit that is primary staffed by interns from various undergraduate programs.
I will be most useful to you if you need help in subjects related to the marine biological sciences, and I will be through my skills in spatial analysis, and should be able to help with subjects related to such things as GIS.
