I am a Massachusetts certified teacher for grades Pre-K to 6th grade. I have 15 years' experience teaching in grades pre-K to fourth grade.

The majority of my teaching career has been spent teaching younger students. My strengths are in teaching reading including phonics instruction and comprehension strategies.

Currently, I work with third and fourth grade students in the areas of math, reading, and writing. I utilize games along with direct instruction to build the skills, motivate, and create a love of learning for my students.

Elementary Math

I use a mixture of direct teaching and hands on learning games to reinforce math concepts. It is my focus to take away the fear your child may have surrounding math and make math relevant and fun.

Elementary (K-6th)

I hold dual licensure in both early childhood education and elementary education. I currently tutor students with special needs in the areas of math, reading, phonics, and writing. I also teach third and fourth grade mathematics. During my tutoring sessions, I make learning fun by incorporating games. My lessons are catered to each individual student. I use the student's particular learning style to make the lessons meaningful to each student.

Phonics

I have several years experience teaching in the early grades and teaching beginning reading. Although I am not certified, I have experience with the Wilson Reading Program and Foundations Phonological Program. I combine practice drills with stimulating games to boost my students reading success. I make learning to read fun and create a love of reading.

If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
