I am a recent graduate of the Longy School of Music in Cambridge where I received my Masters of Music in Flute Performance. I earned my undergraduate degree at Ithaca College where I earned a dual Degree in Flute Performance and Jazz Studies on Piano. I have experience as a private flute teacher, general music teacher, chamber music coach as well as a theory tutor. My personal teaching style is to teach toward the individual strengths of each student. My goal is to cultivate the best musician I can with good technique and a discriminate ear. Above all, I want my students to have fun! Music is to be enjoyed, loved, and experienced to be appreciated. I believe my students can say that the learning process for them involved that if not anything else.
