Normally, a college drop-out would not be your first choice of a tutor for communication skills, unless she had a proven background in using those skills throughout her professional career. My professional career has included 13 years in unit administration for an Army National Guard unit, editing Technical Manuals for the Department of the Army, editing and preparing for publication of business proposals intended for foreign governments, freelance writing for local news groups, teaching Adult Education programs, and teaching computer software, specializing in the Microsoft Office combination of software. I also produced and hosted a local cable production on computer skills, so along with written communication skills, I also have verbal communication skills. I am now retired, so my schedule can be as flexible as you would need it to be.
