Hello, my name is Andrea. I am currently attending Big Sandy Community and Technical College; I have previously attended Morehead State University but chose to transfer due to tuition rates. While at Morehead State University I took basic requirements for a teaching degree, to pursue this degree I was required to observe both high school and elementary school students. I did, however, change my major. I am now perusing a degree in Public Relations Communications.
I am very good with children and have a lot of experience with them. I come from a very large family and have done lots of babysitting! I love children and had planned to teach elementary education. I feel that I am very well rounded in my education; however, I do excel in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and communications.
I was diagnosed with Dyslexia at a young age, this caused me problems during elementary school, and now that I am older I have overcome the challenges caused by my dyslexia. Due to my own dyslexia I often enjoy helping other students with mild to severe metal differences.
