I am a licensed teacher and have over twenty-five years of experience. My classroom experience has been in preschool through eighth grade. I have been a teacher for over twenty-five years and a tutor for over fifteen. One of my skills in tutoring is teaching students how to study in a way which is condusive to their learning styles.

Special Needs

I have been a tutor for students with learning disabilities for more than fifteen years using the Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory method. I am able to provide topics in a multi-sensory learning way to help all students, including those with special needs, to retain the information.

ADD/ADHD

I have been teaching for over twenty-five years and have specialized in students with disabilities. My Master's is in Applied Classroom Practices. I am Orton-Gillingham trained and have used this program to tutor students with disabilities for over fifteen years. I have had much experience over the 25 years of teaching with students with Aspergers and autism.

Dyslexia

I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory method to help students with dyslexia with their spelling and reading comprehension. I have been tutoring using this method for over fifteen years.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
