Hi, parents and students,
There is one outcome that I aim for, for the student to love the subject. More than likely, the subject the student needs helps with is not his/her favorite class. For one underlying reason: because he doesn't have as good of an understanding with what's going on and his attention gets swayed. I believe, I can help any student have a better grasp of the subject by staying away from any memorization and concentrating on reasoning. By improving the basis of knowledge, grades improve leaps and bounds, and the student loves the subject. I assure you, doing homework and taking tests will be a breeze.
I have been tutoring for over a decade. Besides private classes, I have also taught larger classes at Purdue University under the Mathematics department. I have also done research professionally and worked at J.P. Morgan Chase in the Treasury, so I would have to say I am very detail oriented and confident in getting exceptional results.
Hope to meet you soon!
Note: I have a studio classroom in my house dedicated to both private and group tutoring (up to 5 students).
