My educational background is in both applied mathematics and physics (having a bachelor's degree in each). All throughout high school, college, and even after, I frequently found myself being called upon as a helpful resource for my friends studying math or physics coursework. In 2010, I decided to pursue formal tutoring in these subjects in earnest as helping others learn (and become excited about!) material I find interesting has always been very rewarding to me. I also already have much experience teaching piano lessons to several students, so am confident working with a wide range of personalities and learning styles.
I am available during the daytime and evenings most days of the week, and I am happy to tutor in math from the middle school through university level as well as in physics from the high school through university level. I can also offer assistance in editing or reviewing of technical writing, as well as aid in standardized test preparation.
