Let me introduce myself. My name is Felix. I am a computer technician/trainer working in the Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana area. I have over 12+ years working in the computer field. My work would range from computer repair, computer building, On-site computer training, and home network installations (Wireless and wired). I graduated for Jackson State University with a BS in Computer Science Information Systems. I am knowledgeable in WINDOWS 3.1 - WINDOWS XP. I also have and know MANY office productivity applications, multimedia applications, and CD creation programs. I teach hands on. I will first demonstrate how its done then I will assist you in donig it. I have found this to be the MOST effective way to help the individual remember the steps.
